Airport Zone

Proximity to the airport and mobility combined with practicality is a main feature of this area. Hotels in this area usually have a wide range of business facilities for those in town on business. Here you will find different categories, and a large part of them have their own direct-connected shuttle for transportation to and from the airport.

Al Barsha

It is relatively close to the coastal area and Palm Jumeirah, with excellent mobility by public transport, offering all types and categories of hotels. It is a mix of residential and commercial district, very inhabited and very busy, with a lot of restaurants, hotels and shops. In Al Barsha is located the unmissable Mall of the Emirates, a mall that has an indoor ski slope.

Beach Coast

If you don’t have budget issues, we recommend going to Jumeirah Beach Hotel’s Beach Club, where you can almost grope the Burj Al Arab. From a commercial point of view, you will find several malls in the area, but only one is essential: the Madinat Jumeirah Market, a spectacular place. Many of the hotels have private beaches away from the prying eyes of public beaches.

Bluewaters Island

Is an artificial island 500 metres off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina. The island features two five-star hotels with direct beach access. Bluewaters also has around 200 beverage and retail and food outlets in the ground level of residential buildings and entertainment section of the island. In this area is located one of the newest in the city main tourist attractions- Ain Dubai – a fantastic Ferris wheel with stunning views of the coastal region.

Dubai Marina

Is a pleasant neighborhood located around a 3.5-mile long man-made canal. One of the highlights of accommodation in this area is the abundant range of commerce in the region, including the gastronomic area, in addition to many activities. Also, it is a convenient area for those who like to stay close to the coast and want to take advantage of its decks to depart on one of the typical boats to explore the area. At nightfall, the region gains light and color to offer a pleasant environment where, in addition to strolling, it is possible to have dinner or a drink. The area has a good mobility connection to the city’s public transport, with the Dubai tram looping through the Dubai Marina and connecting it with the Dubai Metro system and the Palm Monorail.

Palm Jumeirah

Is Dubai’s most famous area, and the preferred for foreigners living and visiting the city. As you can imagine, it is also one of the areas where you will find some of the most complete hotels in services and luxury in the city. Downtown Dubai

The most striking feature of the center of Dubai is the variety of access to commerce and landmarks in the city, such as the imposing Burj Khalifa building. Here is also the largest mall in the world, Dubai Mall, with endless leisure activities and space dedicated to fashion and gastronomy. Deira

Located north of Dubai Creek, Deira is the former center of Dubai and one of the most important places in the city due to its commercial character. Deira is perfectly connected with Bur Dubai thanks to the traditional boats, known as “abras”, which allow crossing Dubai Creek in a very economical way. In general, it is an area sought after by tourists looking for cheaper accommodation than in the areas close to the main tourist attractions of the city, although it also has a large offer of five-star hotels.
